We’ll first connect with you on your complimentary consultation call. This gives us an opportunity to collect all the details we need to design your trip, and make sure we both feel we’re a good fit for one another.

Design
Think we’re the right travel partners for you? Then we’ll send over our Design Fee invoice (this fee will vary depending on trip complexity) and get to work. We’ll collaborate with our trusted travel partners to craft your custom trip proposal.

Perfect
Once we share your trip proposal with you, we’ll revise any part of your itinerary that you think needs tweaking (if necessary). When your itinerary is finalized, then we’ll move onto securing your travel bookings—including hotels, transfers, tours, and special experiences.

Support
You’ll leave for your journey with your itinerary accessible via mobile app, and we’ll touch base before departure to ensure you have all your travel documents in order and final questions answered. You’ll also have our contact info, plus our in-country partners’, so you can reach out for support if you need it. We’ll connect when you return to welcome you home and “debrief”—so that the next trip we plan for you can be even better.

Where can you design trips to?
Pretty much anywhere! With our own extensive travel experience (80+ different passport stamps between us), there’s a good chance we’ve personally stepped foot in the destination you want to explore. And if we haven’t checked it off our list yet, we have incredible travel partners in-destination that we can work with to ensure you embark on an authentic journey.

Do you charge a fee for your services?
We do; we’ll ask for a Design Fee before we begin planning out your itinerary. This fee varies based on a few factors, including the length and complexity of your trip—so we’ll share this with you during our complimentary consultation call together, before you decide whether to work with us.
How involved in the planning process do I need to be?
That’s totally up to you! Some clients like to be more collaborative and come to us with a specific vision of where they want to go and what they want to do. Others are looking to off-load the entire thing—including destination ideas. We know we’re working with busy professionals, so even if you have nothing but your vacation dates in mind, we can take it from there.
Do you have a minimum trip investment?
Not a hard-and-fast one, and we'll discuss with you a realistic budget based on desired location, length, season, style and must haves. Many trips we plan for clients typically involve an investment of $750-1,500+ per traveler per day. We’ve found that this kind of budget allows us to craft exceptional experiences working with travel partners we know and trust to give you the VIP treatment!
Can you plan group travel?
Yes we can! We know the logistics of group travel can get tricky, fast, so we’re happy to take the travel details off your hands and ensure that every traveler in your group gets where they need to go with ease—and has an amazing time once they arrive. We can design group trips to celebrate your major milestones, getaways with your favorite couples and friends, and more.
